How to Cancel Uber One
Uber One covers delivery savings, ride discounts, and grocery perks under one membership tied to your Uber account. Canceling it ends all of those benefits at once. If you only use one part, there is no way to keep just that piece.
Cancel online
Open the Uber or Uber Eats app, tap Account, then Uber One, then Manage Membership, then Cancel. You can also cancel at uber.com under your account settings. The cancellation screen shows when your benefits end. If you do not see a cancel option in the app, update to the latest version or try the website instead.
Read this before you cancel
Uber One is billed through your Uber account in most cases. If you signed up through a promotional offer from a partner like Costco, American Express, or Capital One, the membership terms may follow that partner's billing. Check your credit card or bank statement to confirm who charges you. If the charge does not say Uber, the membership may need to be managed through the partner. Uber One is not billed through Apple or Google even if you use the mobile app.

After you cancel
Benefits continue until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, delivery fee savings on Uber Eats stop, ride discounts end, and grocery delivery perks go away. Your Uber account, ride history, order history, and payment methods are not affected. If you rejoin later, your account picks up where it left off.

What goes wrong
- Canceled Uber One expecting to keep delivery savings on Uber Eats while losing only ride discounts. All benefits end together. There is no way to cancel part of the membership.
- Free trial converted to a paid membership because it was not canceled before the trial ended. Uber sends a reminder but the notification is easy to miss in the app.
- Deleted the Uber Eats app and assumed the membership would stop. Uber One is tied to the Uber account, not the app. Removing the app has no effect on billing.
- Tried to cancel through the Uber Eats app but the cancel option was only available in the main Uber app or on the website. The membership is shared across Uber services.
- Signed up through a partner promotion and could not find billing or cancel controls in the Uber app because the partner manages the membership.
