Cannot Find Which Account Has the Subscription
You are being charged for a subscription but cannot figure out which account, email, or billing path owns it. Here is how to track it down.

What to check
Start with the charge on your bank or credit card statement. The company name on the charge tells you who is billing. If it says Apple, the subscription is managed through an Apple ID. If it says Google, check Google Play subscriptions. If it says the service name directly, the subscription is on that service's website. The statement descriptor is the fastest way to narrow the search.
Search your email inboxes for signup confirmations and receipts. Try searching for the service name, the word subscription, or the word receipt across every email address you use. The welcome email or first receipt usually shows which email address was used to create the account. Check spam and promotions folders too.
Check Apple subscription settings on every Apple ID you use. Go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions on each iPhone, iPad, or Mac signed into a different Apple ID. If you have a personal and a work Apple ID, or an old one you rarely use, the subscription may be on the one you are not currently checking.
Check Google Play subscriptions on every Google account you use. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and switch between accounts using the profile icon. Android devices can be signed into multiple Google accounts, and the subscription may be on one you do not use as your primary.
Check whether a family member or plan organizer controls the billing. If you are part of a family sharing group on Apple, Google, Spotify, or another service, the subscription may be managed by the organizer's account. Ask the organizer to check their subscription list.
If you still cannot find it, try logging into the service directly with every email address you have. Most services let you use forgot-password flows to check whether an account exists for a given email. If you get a password reset email, an account exists on that login. Sign in and check the subscription status.
Once you find the right account, save proof before canceling. Screenshot the subscription page, the billing status, the renewal date, and the email address on the account. If you need to dispute the charge later, knowing which account held the subscription and when you found it makes the process faster.
