How to Cancel Paramount Plus
Many Paramount Plus subscriptions start through a promotion or partner deal, and that changes where you cancel. Direct subscribers cancel on the website. If access came through Walmart Plus, a carrier, Apple, Amazon, or another provider, you cancel through them.
Cancel online
Go to paramountplus.com, open your account settings, and select Cancel Subscription. If you do not see a cancel option, your billing is handled by a third party and you need to cancel through them. In the app, go to Settings then Account, but some app versions redirect you to the website to complete cancellation.
Read this before you cancel
Paramount Plus is available through a wide range of billing partners. If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon Prime Video Channels, Roku, or a cable or internet provider, canceling on paramountplus.com will not stop your charge. Check your bank or credit card statement to see who bills you and cancel through that company. Promotional signups add another layer. If your Paramount Plus access came through Walmart Plus, a T-Mobile promotion, or another carrier deal, the subscription follows that partner's terms. You may need to cancel through the partner's account settings, not through Paramount Plus directly.

After you cancel
You keep watching until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, content becomes unavailable but your account and watchlist stay on file. If your access came through Amazon Prime Video Channels, it may end immediately when you remove the channel rather than at the end of a billing cycle.

What goes wrong
- Got Paramount Plus through a Walmart Plus or carrier promotion and could not find where to cancel because the subscription is managed by the partner, not by Paramount Plus
- Canceled on paramountplus.com but charges continued because billing ran through Apple, Google, Amazon, or a cable provider
- Removed the Paramount Plus channel from Amazon Prime Video and lost access immediately instead of at the end of the billing period
- Deleted the app and assumed the subscription stopped. The subscription lives in account settings, not the app.
- Signed up through a free trial promotion and did not cancel before it converted to a paid subscription under the partner's billing terms
